"I'm Verizon customer & have been for about 20 years. Walked in & asked the guy if he could help set up my new phone that Asurion (insurance) sent out. Everything was fine & then the guy asked where I got the old phone, I told him store in Rome & he said to help me anymore it would cost me 40 dollars to transfer my data. I told him "No, that is ridiculous." He kept asking questions and then said it would be 35 dollars to transfer in to other phone. Stay away from this crook."
"I had the worst experience possible today. The gentleman I spoke with was condescending and arrogant towards us. With out helping a customer of over 20 year that would have probably bought a brand new phone, we took our business elsewhere. The man needs to learn about customer service before they lose more money."
