"So friendly and helpful! I needed a prescription transferred to Trion Drugs. They went above and beyond to help me. Pharmacy holding the prescription was of no help whatsoever. Finaly, Trion Drugs received a new prescription from my doctor late that afternoon and still had it ready for pick up before closing so I’d not go without my medication! Awesome service!"

"They need to improve their communication system. On multiple occasions I have called and asked if meds had refills and told yes, they would get them ready. When I get there to pick them up, they either don’t have the medications or they didn’t have refills. All I ask is that they pick up and call when something isn’t available. It is something every single month and never a smooth process."

"The staff is prompt very friendly and professional. Very clean and well organized.handicap accessible. Small town business and they deliver. The only thing I would change is a text email or call when scripts are ready."

"They are nice but they don't communicate with each other, one tells you something then another tells you something different, it's real confusing. I was told that they would be open 12/26/2022 but they were not, wouldn't you know if you had to work?"

"Friendly staff. Usually don't have to wait long for a prescription. I just wish they would fill your prescription when they receive it instead of having to call in and ask them to fill it. I somewhat understand with things that have refills but if it's a new medication or antibiotic you shouldn't have to call and ask that those be filled"
