"me and my wife went there for lunch and the drive thru line was quit long but the wait wasn't so bad..most important..the food was fresh and hot..highly recommended.."

"I I would not eat at this restaurant . They messed up our entire order and we live almost 40 minutes away from there, so we didn’t realize it until we got home. I called them and they wanted us to bring the messed up food back to them first and then they might fix our problem . Were they really going to re-serve this food? Wow!!"

"Visiting Chipley Main Street Popeyes at 9pm on Friday, an hour before close. The staff were very friendly. Drive through the line moved fast. Ordered 6 piece Lemon Pepper Wings with a side biscuit and a Combo Chicken Sandwich Meal with Red Beans and Unsweetened Tea. The food was hot and fresh. I realized they bagged lots of napkins but the staff forgot the straw for the tea, utensil (for the red beans and rice) and the side biscuit. Went inside the restaurant and the staff gave me what I was missing. All of the staff and managers (there appeared to be 2 managers) were friendly and polite. I would go back to and recommend this location. I do say check your bag. I usually always double-check, but had been on the road since 600am traveling to see a sick family member in Dothan Alabama and didn't check the bag. Be sure to check your bag before pulling off. And enjoy the good fresh food! Try the new wings they are a hit."

"I was picking up a mobile order, and the employees were so extremely nice! Ebony waited on me and fabulous could not even begin to describe the interaction I had. Even the employees speaking to each other, showed professionalism. I’m not a frequent customer, but I soon will be! Ebony especially deserves recognition!!"
