"It's a fast food joint! What more can you say, fried unhealthy food, but still we love it! My only problem is the prices keep going up and the serving sizes keep going down. I've been getting the chicken biscuit pretty regularly the last couple of years, and it keeps getting smaller. Today it didn't even cover the tiny biscuit. Update. Went in for the chicken biscuit again, what a sucker I am. It keeps getting smaller and greasier. Better off going across the street to Popeyes and getting a chicken sandwich for the same price that's four times bigger and not near so greasy. What happened to Hardee's!"
"We stopped here during a six hour drive. The building was clean, well, little, and well maintained. The service was quick and accurate despite being busy. The food was fresh and hot and pretty good. There is nothing negative here to report."
"Lemonade is too sweet. Nashville Hot is not as advertised. Picture shows sauce but it's barely a rub. Portions are smaller than they appear."

"I ate there at 4:00 p.m today. At first I thought they were closed as there was no one in the lobby and no one in the drive-thru. I just assumed the lobby was closed due to the pandemic. Service was nice but the food was awful! The chicken strips were stale and overcooked. They tasted like they had been there since lunch time. The fries were hot and fresh but really salty. I guess, I should've known better as all the other restaurants (McDonald's, Popeyes and KFC) were busy except Hardees. I now no why."
