About the Business
Welcome to the Cleburne Baptist Association, a dedicated community of faith located at 903 Ross Street, Heflin, Alabama. As a church and place of worship, we are committed to serving our member churches and supporting them in their mission to be a beacon of hope and light in their communities.
Under the leadership of Larry Vinson, our Associational Missionary, who brings 40 years of pastoral experience from Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, we strive to fulfill the Great Commission by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ both locally and globally. Larry's unique perspective, having served as both a bi-vocational and full-time pastor, allows him to empathize with the diverse challenges faced by pastors today.
At Cleburne Baptist Association, we believe in the power of unity and love among churches, as emphasized in the Gospel of John 13:35. Our collaboration as sister churches strengthens our testimony of faith and grace, shining brightly in a world that needs hope. We are committed to overcoming isolationism and fostering a spirit of cooperation, recognizing that churches are not competitors but collaborators in Christ.
For over 100 years, we have been dedicated to providing leadership, training, and discipleship programming, rooted in a Christian World-View based on Scripture and the Baptist Faith and Message.
