"It's a court house. It's old. With all I guess you would need from a court house. Most offices down stairs. Court up stairs. Get driving license, car tags, pay fines, pay taxes and other things."

"I have a son in this jail that missed a court date there because he was incarcerated in ga and they want him to spend 31 days in jail there .the inmates can't even call homebecause there phones don't work"
