"Given a BIT OF MISS DIRECTION BY THIS NEW PASTOR- I WISH HIS ELDERS AND DEACONS COULD SEE ALL THE TEXTS AND RECORDINGS WHAT HE SENT TO MY WIFE - " UNDERSTANDABLY, THE FIRST FEW WEEKS - " YOU NEED TO COME AND GET TO KNOW THE CONGREGATION BEFORE YOU SING A SPECIAL SONG" - BUT AFTER ATTENDING SEVERAL TIMES, AND BRINGING SOUP AND CORNBREAD TO SHARE WITH THE ENTIRE CONGREGATION, AND MY WIFE ACTUALLY TEXTED THE WIFE OF THE PASTOR AND THE PASTOR TOGETHER- AND GOT THE RESPONSE " WE ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF WHO IS INVITED TO SING???? BUT MAKE SURE YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN AND ITS A CHRISTIAN SONG??" - LIKE - WHAT? DOES THIS PASTOR- STEVE TOWNSEND KNOW THAT EVERYONE IN HIS CHOIR IS ALREADY A CHRISTIAN? WELL, ACCORDING TO HIS PHONE CALL RECORDINGS, YES HE DOES- " BY THEIR PROFFESSION OF FAITH" WELL, MY WIFE SANG IN THE CHOIR- HE DIDN'T ASK HER THAT DAY?? - IT SEEMS THIS CHURCH - ONLY WANTS PROFFESSED - " YOU CAN PROVE IT- CHRISTIANS" IN THEIR CHURCH! WOW!"
