The associate shared knowledge but didn't pressure to purchase. Unfortunately I had to return one of the items that I bought but it did not diminish the experience in the slightest! "Hands down the staff at Sally’s Beauty in Lynn are truly THE BEST!! I’ve been shopping at Sally’s for the last 15+ years and over the years I’ve encountered some super rude ppl, at many of the locations, but throughout the entire pandemic the staff working at the Lynn Sally’s have constantly outdone themselves!! They are educated on their products, the staff give honest advice & feedback anytime I have questions, they are incredibly patient, (on at least 4 different occasions I was running there last minute, a min or 2 before they close & each time they have waited & NEVER made me feel like I was inconveniencing them!) they truly ALWAYS go above & beyond to make sure I leave happy & that kind of kind customer service is not always easy to find. As of November 2021, this location had their shelves stocked with every hair color in the rainbow!! Hopefully if anyone reading this has had a bad experience at Sally’s in the past, they will be encouraged to go back & give them another try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!"
