"Buyer Beware! Our original review was 5 stars! We moved to this facility and were told that the cost increase would be reasonable and seldom. We paid for the first year in full. After that, our prices have increased by 110% in under 2 years. The cleanliness and staffing is wonderful. However, the increases are far from reasonable. Know that your monthly fee will increase drastically every 6 months"

"Clean, Staff was always very friendly and responsive. The hours and location are convenient. I would have given 5 stars because of the cleanliness and staff. I gave 4 stars overall because of the pricing. The rent promotion was great. However, there was a large rent increase one month after the end of the promotional rate. I was lucky that I didn’t need to stay longer and pay the large rent increase."

"I had a great experience at US Storage in Needham, I rented a 10x15 unit for about 8 months. The facility is secure, clean, and well-lit. The Property Manager, Sarah, was very helpful and responsive with all my questions when setting up and ending my lease. She even reached out to notify me when I didn't realize that the credit card on file had expired and stopped me from incurring a late fee. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage."

"Their pricing is bait and switch, beyond the increase past the promotional period. Have been there four months and they just raised the rent 50%. They are currently running a promotional rate on the exact same size unit that's $50/month lower than my regular rent. If you're only looking for two months of storage, then the place is nice and clean and convenient. But if you need longer term storage, find a place that's more honest and transparent about its prices longer term. 50% after four months - especially when they aren't full and are running specials at lower prices - is just trying to take advantage of people. And they literally just ignore you when you email to ask about the increase."
