"I’ve always dreaded going to UPS stores because they were never good experiences. This is my second visit to this store and both times it has been great. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful."

"I asked my friend to mail something to me through UPS. I chose UPS because I highly trusted their service. However, after my friend mailed my stuff and showed me the bill, the price was surprisingly high, and there were several charges which I did not recognize at all. He told me that he chose the lowest rate but I did not understand how that came. For example, pack service fee, pack material, etc. I am wondering, whether the stuff (Eric) just did that for purpose (in order to sell service for a higher price) or it's just like that."

"Unfriendly, not helpful. I tried to get a quote and the associate was unmotivated, treated me as if I was wasting his time. The store was not busy, yet he dismissed me as soon as he could, without giving me a full quote."

"Amazing and easy experience. UPS has been really easy and the staff were top notch on my last visit. With the new self serve system, packages can be scanned in yourself and especially with Amazon returns it’s quick and easy. The staff even went above and beyond to help with an Amazon return code that was not scanning and took a good 5 minutes or more to manually confirm it in their system."

"The entire Needham UPS team is very courteous, helpful and attentive to individual customer needs. The tone in the store is set by the manager Eric. Each time I have gone into this store the staff have handled my transactions efficiently."
