"The commuter rail (train) is excellent the service is also Great for the train however the local transit company the LRTA is the WORST the DRIVERS have no respect for the passengers who pay their salaries their rude , they sit in the lot in warm bus until the time they supposedly have to leave then they drive to the birth point and hurry people on board saying LETS GO WERE LATE, they sit in warm buses while handicapped and elderly people and children wait in the rain and snow and cold and no one says anything about it, the driver's decide when they fell like leaving they stand around SMOKING and when they finish they will go to the bathroom and then maybe it's time to leave if they have anyone to talk to, all routes have scheduled stops but they just drive like they have to get back to the station just so they can sit in the lot or smoke or hang out talking it's time for the D.O.T. to be involved and these primadonnas to treat the PAYING customers right or start looking for another job"

"I love the quality and punctuality of the trains. It’s my favorite public transportation to go to Downtown Boston."

"The ticket machine is often broken and if you don't have cash you won't be able to board, some drivers drive the bus as if was a car which is can get scary at times while others drive slower than a turtle. Lack of decent bathrooms too, too many stairs when boarding the train."

"Bring cash for parking. Turn onto Gallagher Square, there is no access on Thorndike. Head up to the third floor (park there if you can) and follow the signs for 'All Trains'. Don't take the first catwalk on the left. Give yourself an extra 20 minutes if (like me today) it's your first time using this station. The parking guys are standoffish but helpful in a pinch, and everything in the station is closed save for a few vending machines. I drove around for 30 minutes because I couldn't find the damn station and there was no indication to turn onto Gallagher for MBTA access. Hopefully this helps someone someday."
