"After dealing with very rude and incompetent employees at 5 other U-Haul locations, my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Patty. She was funny, caring and knowledgeable. She was able to assist us and answer all of our questions. It was refreshing to work with her. We were in and out quickly, although we wouldn’t have minded speaking to her for an extra few mins. Ms. Patty knows what good customer service takes. I would definitely recommend this location should you need any future services!"

"I went to fill up a propane tank I had received from my father in law. Never having done so before, the manager Patty explained to me that the tank was too old and rusty for her to refill, and explained to me my options — I could either exchange the tank somewhere for a new one, OR I could buy a brand new one. Ultimately I went back to the location and bought a new tank from Patty because she was so polite and helpful that I wanted to buy from her specifically, even though the location wasn’t especially convenient for me. Thank you Patty !"

"Scheduled a hitch installation at this location get a call a week and a half before it’s due to be installed telling me they can’t do it all of a sudden are not willing to help me get set up at another location to make sure the hitch gets installed so I can go on my vacation because now that it’s last minute other locations are booked Very unprofessional had to talk to Patty was not willing to help me at all told me I had to do everything myself even though this is on them it’s not my fault. The appointment got canceled. It’s theirs. They should’ve went out of their way to book an appointment at another location to make sure everything was upheld. The excuse I was given was that all of a sudden the hitch installation person quit but yet if you go on their website, they are still taking reservations to install hitches which means they are going to continue to screw other customers"
