"Horrible online shopping experience. Ordered golf shoes for my wife on 12/7. On 12/14, they cancelled them because they were "no longer available". Not even a "we're sorry" in the email, indicating sub-par marketing people. In addition, they did not provide any order follow-up at all until I called them, left a message (due to long wait times), and finally got someone on their chat line to tell me when it would ship."
