"Ordered a pair of boots online. This store shipped one of the pair of boots I ordered. They sent me two different boots and a destroyed box with no lid. They said they don’t have the other boot to go with my pair. Terrible phone customer service when I called to try and correct the issue. Can’t go into the store because I live in another state. Very disappointed as I was going to wear this pair of boots to an event and opened the box to see they didn’t even match. Both right boots too. Very disappointed."
"Ordered 3 pairs and when I arrived only 2 were in stock - but paid for 3. Huge inconvenience! Had to call customer support for refund update and they were incompetent to say the least. Got hung up on because the guy kept asking for MY address when this was a PICK UP ORDER!! If this wasn't something I wanted last minute, I would've just dealt with ordering straight from Nike which are actually reliable. Can't wait to receive my refund - Never returning. 2 stars only because some of the staff are pleasant."
"I came in a few weeks ago because of an issue with an online order in Braintree location. The store manager was so patient and helpful with fixing a mixup that had happened. I even walked out ordering another pair of shoes and applied for the credit card. Everytime I go into Famous Footwear she and the other assistant manager is so nice and helpful."
"The store in Brockton Mass. Is a very messy, and junky store. I COME TO THIS STORE ALOT TO BUY SHOES FOR MY CHILDREN. the WORKERS THERE SEEM VERY AFARID OF THE MANAGER. She is so unprofessional in so many ways. She talks to her employees very bad. The biggest problem I've seen is that the store is always CLOSED!!!!!!!!! Why is this store closed all the time! The Assistant Manager is very nice , he should be the store manager. Because the store Manager She is RUDE, DISRSPECTFUL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL."
