"The workers are extremely nice and very helpful. The owner on the other hand is one of the most unprofessional, impolite, interruptive, uncooperative people I've had the displeasure of interacting with. I get that stocking things can be an issue, but when you had THREE weeks to tell me something was back ordered and only tell me TWO days before I picked up my order is kinda ridiculous. Offering me not one but two sizes that don't fit AND have to pay extra for is not just disingenuous but also absolutely nonsense. I shouldn't have to pay EXTRA for a mistake that YOUR shipping company made."

"iam giving it a 2 star because my first visit was ok.. I bought $80 shoes that both delaminated less than 90 days. They person sloppily glued them and would not exchange them. He said I had had them for over 90 days...yes 92 days. Nursemates exchanged them no problem. I prefer brick and morter. but not here"

When I got there he was so helpful, didn't seem angry even though it was close to closing time and didn't make me feel rushed either.
