"HIRE HER!!! Dani is the best. We had a VERY tough transaction because the buyer's financing started falling apart due to a credit score issue. Dani never gave up on the deal and coached us through every aspect of the twists and turns. She was always available and even went over to our house at 11pm at night when some lights were left on (we had moved out of town by then).
