"This is my go to spot. This place is always being maintained and the staff is amazing, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is also very approachable and friendly. Bathrooms are super clean and smell good. If you live in Cypress or other close cities ( like Buena park or La Palma) then I would say make the small drive and come here. And there is a great little nook with books so you can read to your child. My daughter loves this. Great job Bubbles Laundry Room."

"Anytime I am in this area, this will be my go-to spot for laundry!! Orlando is warm and inviting, and his customer service is amazing! He explained everything so well and was super helpful whenever we needed it. Also, he keeps this place in IMMACULATE condition. No lie. Lastly, the machines look brand new, the prices are great, and you can use Apple pay to both wash and dry! We definitely hit that jackpot with this one!! So glad we found this place!!"

"Rushed over to do a quick load of laundry and arrived 5 min after the “last wash” time of 10:45 pm and the gentleman working refused to allow me to do a quick load since technically I arrived at 10:50 pm! I explained that I was washing on a short cycle and could finish well under an hour and he wouldn’t even consider it! He said he started cleaning the machines and shutting them down, really wiping out the inside with a dirty rag and putting the carts blocking the walkway isn’t really a closing procedures that warrants turning me away. Furthermore, there are at least 2 groups of people that were just now putting clothes into the washing machine and look like they would take a lot longer than an hour based on the volume of clothing they still have not put in a machine. Since they “arrived” before 10:45 pm, technically they made it before the cut off but they haven’t started all their laundry yet?!?!? Why can’t people just be decent anymore, it wouldn’t have cost him anything or put anyone out to just let me do my wash, he would have easily made my day a little better and taken a weight off my shoulders but now I’m even more frustrated. Why can’t we go back to giving basic customer service and allow you to show up five minutes late to do laundry, knowing that it might be important to you. There might be something going on in your life, circumstance you just need someone to give you a break and help you out. He has no idea what’s going on my life and how impactful he could have been in a positive way. Doesn’t realize how much of an issue this this is for me now and sadly he just doesn’t care. Hope our society can get back to where we use to be and try to be nicer and help out a fellow human when possible, we’re all going through life and it’s hard to do alone, be there for each other if you can!"
