"I signed an 18 month contract with them for my small business a Long Beach, and they have overcharged me every month based on the agreed terms of the contract. When I tried to rectify this with them, they deny it, even though it’s written in a contract. Their customer service is inconsistent, and the various admin members have differing opinions. I would not recommend anyone sign any contracts with this company"
"Expensive for how small it is. Feels very congested both inside and the parking available outside. Lots of restrictions when it comes to washing, “no pods” says the sign. What a joke."
"My husband and I have been coming here for the past two months. We stopped going to the laundry close to our house Carson EZ Wash (I believed that’s how it’s called) next to Winchells. We left that laundry mat because the guy from the night staff was super rude, but anyways I just wanted to say that this laundry mat is super clean the staff are always on point. Especially the guy from the night shift he seems like he enjoys his job. I want to say that I feel like at home!"
"I usually enjoy coming here, but tonight the new guy said I had to be Out by 10pm even though it does not close till 11 tonight and last wash is 9:45. He told me he does not get paid overtime and he needs an hour to clean. What does management have to say about this?"
"Very clean and decent prices. They have several size washers and 2 size dryers. ... and one thing I really liked was that they marked anything that was broken so you don't waste your money. Not too packed but I did go in a Thursday at noon."
