"I'm not sure of what went on with this company. Used them before COVID, and they were reliable, but now the cleaning is substandard. Last week, the maid did not show, no return calls, and nobody is answering the phone. I am hoping they don't continue to charge my card since I can't get in touch with anyone to stop the service. "I'm really happy with my living social purchase AND I found a new cleaning service I can trust. I almost lucked out on the living social coupon and I'm glad I didn't. I've tried other services in the past and had bad experiences over and over so I gave up for a while. Over that time of giving up my house started to pay for it.
