Quick Cleaners

"HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I dropped off my bed comforter to be dry cleaned at Quick Cleaners. I dealt with the owner, Katherine Kim, upon picking it up. The next morning I noticed that there were several spots on the comforter that were discolored, felt like burn spots, and the material was gathered in some spots. That same afternoon I took the comforter back to Quick Cleaners. I again spoke to the owner, Katherine Kim, and showed her the issues seen in the comforter following her dry cleaning service. At NO POINT during our conversation did Ms. Kim acknowledge the issues with the comforter. She continued to deny any type of wrong doing on her part and ended the conversation with "prove it!" I understand that mistakes happen. However, to be dismissive, not acknowledge an issue, or offer any type of compensation or refund, shows no business integrity. Judging from the reviews, it appears there is a habit of little to no accountability and disregarding the feelings of the customers who paid for a service. You provide a service with no integrity or ethical business practices. Not only do I regret using your services, but I also regret not reading the reviews for Quick Cleaners. By doing so, I would not have been left with a clearly damaged comforter."

"I put a few items to be dry cleaned. When I pick up my items one piece was completely faded. I showed the owner the discoloration and she told me that the material fades.. she then told me the item couldn’t be dry cleaned per the tag/instructions and that she washed the item. I told her that if she couldn’t dry clean she should not have done anything but she couldn’t take it upon herself to wash my item. She refused to pay for damages. I am taking her to small claims court. Do not go there they will ruin your clothes!"

"My clothes were dropped off for dry clean! When I received them back they had a bad odor I soaked one of the shirts a red one brown was in the water they used to be a good cleaners but ain't the same without the husband I recommend ya"ll to smell your garments before you take them out. I intend to travel to Gardena or compton for dry cleaning from now on . I asked for a refund because I paid here she was insulted"

"I called Quick cleaners Friday morning to inquire about an alteration, I needed 1 garments altered for Sunday morning service.. I was very surprise they said yes on the phone, so I took 2 garmets for alterations at 10am Friday, and was able to pick up Saturday afternoon. F Great job, a d the price was comparison with my downtown LA alteration shop. So I saved on gas, and trav time. Thank. You so much for a skillful job. God bless you"

"I took a pair of dress slacks to be cleaned after only wearing them once. Basically brand-new so when I go back to pick up my slacks it's a burn on the front. So giving them the benefit of the doubt he says sorry sorry and he would get out the stain and to come back in 3 days. I did stain is still there."
