"Juan, the manager, needs better training and a dictionary. Juan said I needed identification for a transaction CHASE was unable to complete. So the teller needed to get involved and show the manager how it needed to be done without identification. He just wanted to run a CRT on me for something he couldn't complete. He even tried telling me I couldn't have my money that I just handed to his teller. Don't trust your money with Juan."

"The bank gave us an explanation that made no sense to why my check was on hold for 12 DAYS on a Thursday afternoon. They just gave us the toll number while the Chase down Whittier and Philadelphia were way more helpful and asked me to visit them tomorrow to fix the issue. It's worth the extra two minute drive to go that Chase instead to be honest."

"Upsetting experience. The staff here just wasted my time AND my gas! I was trying to open an account and right from the start, I explained to them that I had to pick up my kids no later than 6 pm, to see whether or not they would be able to help me. One of the employees there told me that the business banker was going to be a minimum of 40 minutes before he was done with the client he was currently working with, so he suggested that I picked up my kids and went back. He specifically told me that as long as I was back before 6 pm that they would be able to help me. I got there before 6, and they allowed me to sit and wait in their lobby; at 6 pm they told me that they couldn't help me anymore and that I had to come back another day. I much rather they would've told me that right from the start instead of wasting my time!"

"The employees here are great. However, when I deposited an insurance check for my car accident, it was declared fraudulent. In this case, Chase decided to close my accounts. After going back and forth between Chase, my insurance and Bank of America (whom the check was through) it was made clear that the check was real. Chase then apologized and said they made a mistake. It was kind of extreme to close all of my accounts for a check that was thought, not proven, to be fraudulent. My check has been returned to me and I will be opening up my new accounts elsewhere."
