"Went to use ATM on 9/10 and machine would not accept a deposit. In addition to that it's an outdated ATM that will not scan a check to deposit in account or show a check image. Had to drive back the next day to go into branch to deposit said check. Told teller about broken machine and she attempted at a joke with "well now you get to come inside and see us". That's the whole point. Not only did I not want to go inside I now had to make a second trip back. Being the only BOTW in the area and a broken ATM i'm forced to switch banks. We had a good run while it last Bank of the West"
