"Every time I buy a beverage from here it's warm. This has been happening for a couple years. Surely with your overpriced items you can afford fridges that work. Also last time I went there was no option to pay with cash, only card."
"Had to grab quick snacks for our kids so we stopped in here. Our experience was so horrible. Long story short, my husband stopped his card, the store couldn't print a receipt, we called the bank right away, they verified the funds were taken out on speaker, we even showed them our account online that matched the exact amount at their store and we still ended up walking out without any merchandise. They handled the situation poorly. The store manager did from a distance and didn't say a thing. He came over after a few minutes just to say he's going to call the police. Sir we're not robbing you, we were the ones who got robbed. It was such an inconvenience. Go somewhere else. They also admitted this happens all the time. So, there's no warning that we do take cards but you've been warned, it may not work. Just a really bad experience!"
"On March 23rd, 2023 I shopped in Hudson store located in LAX Airport terminal 3 and I got charged twice for the same item, now I will have to contact my credit card and dispute the transaction (Time consuming) I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store"
"$23 for the absolute sorriest headphones in existence. Tried to return them minutes later, but they wouldn’t take them back because they’d been opened. Not sure how I’d know they were that bad if I hadn’t tried them. Next time I’ll save the hassle and toss the money out my car window."
