"Really disappointed in the service received. My mom’s car just needed a paint job, but the door handle got glued in place(we weren’t notified), the car door interior was separating from the frame, and the insignia/emblems were removed and not put back. My poor mom (soon to be 81) was told that they don’t put back the emblems. This doesn’t make sense because emblems are expensive to buy after market. The emblems are a huge part of the car’s brand/identity, especially for a classic car. Why not say this before performing service? Also, we already had to go back to fix a problem. Now my mom wants to sell her car, when she used to talk about how much she loved it. She didn’t get her car painted just to sell it months later. I just feel awful for my mom. She’s worked hard her whole life and deserves better."

"We did a clear coat repair and we received a beautiful paint job on my 2004 Honda CRV, Quick estimate car was ready in four days, Good Service, I would do business again. I was lucky to find Sonoma County Collision Repair. I stopped for an estimate and met owner Scott (Retired). The shop is large, clean, good house keeping. I didn't go anywhere else for an estimate. I could tell I was at a good body shop run by a good person, father and his daughters. I wish I had more cars for Scott to paint. The service was great. The paint job is still great. Just uploaded pics Update Sonoma County Collision is having a sale on repainting services, just sayin', I saved on my Toyota Tacoma, and my Tacoma looks great, sometimes I'm lucky. What I liked is Sonoma County Collision allowed me to drop in when I wanted. Of course I would check in with the office and let them know who I am again, later not so much, but I still checked in, out of respect, you should too.
