"I wish I could give the team at furrever more then 5 stars. My car was impounded 1 hour later my puppy was in an accident, my relationship was going downhill . I felt like my world was closing down. I pulled myself together and gave Heather and the team a call and she was very understanding and patient . Made special accommodations to work with my schedule and NEVER made me feel I couldn't get back on my 2 feet. Who would have known I would have met true friends forever. After speaking to several other places, my son and I decided to drive the 2 hours to Long Beach because he would be able to stay with "Bonesy" until the very last minute. Their consideration of our grief and their attention to detail is so unusual these days.
