"The old man at this location was rude to us. We went in there hoping to rent the big bike with the 2 pedals/5 passengers. The man pointed at the yellow QR code at the door as he walked as to the door to fill out the Surrey rental form. During the process of filling it out, a family walked in and he helped them at the desk. As we waited for a turn in line, a couple walked in, and he assisted them ignoring the fact we were in line. At first we thought that they’re just handing him the key and leaving, but it actually took longer to help them. Then after he was done with helping the couple, another group of people walked in and he helped again ignoring the fact that we are next in line. So we ended up leaving, my friend made sure to let him know that he was being unfair to us since we waited at least 30min if not longer for him to help us. He made sure to let her know that he didn’t care and didn’t want our business. Bad customer service!! Ruined our experience and disappointed 3 children."

"We rented the surrey for an hour and was a lovely ride on the biking path along the coast with stunning views. The staff was friendly and courteous and was an overall pleasant experience"

"We got a one hour E-bike rental so we could ride the promenade out to Lovers Point, then back to the naval base, then back to the rental shop. Timing was perfect. Bikes were great, plenty of battery as long as you are willing to pedal even a small amount. The reviews complaining about running out of battery before the point must have been going full throttle and zero pedalling, and/or weighed 300 lb. The guy in the shop was very friendly and helpful."
