Intuit Dome

"We had the opportunity to attend grand opening with Bruno Mars performing. We had prepaid parking at the West garage ($68) , downloaded the intuit app and ticketmaster app. Added tickets to my wallet. Had all bases covered. We followed the detailed directions on the email sent to us the night before. Doors open at 630, show starts at 8pm. Getting into the parking garage was seamless. You automatically get nice views of the venue from the parking structure. Everything was visually stunning. Staff was very helpful. For this particular day there were quite a few difficulties which is to be expected on any opening. The facial recognition feature was malfunctioning so we had to go back to scanning barcodes. It was disconcerting that it delayed our entry by 45 mins. Once in the facility, you see how HUGE the facility is. Again visually stunning. Lots of bathrooms, food options. I loved how they really showcased the diversity (LA hotdogs , Korean chicken,empanadas. We did run into more technical difficulties with the scanning credit cards at the food court. It eventually worked but that hopefully will be addressed for future events. Once inside the seating area, you Once again are in awe of the place. Lots of seats, screens. The sound and acoustics are amazing. Seats are comfortable and have phone chargers, however they were not functioning that day. Look forward to seeing Weezer here in October!!! Just please fix your technical issues and give your employees a raise! They are so helpful and doing their best!"

"There were some glitches, but overall, it was an awesome experience. The workers were very friendly and courteous. I also love that there's a bridge from the parking to the dome. I will definitely come back again. Cheers!"

"Yea yes guests are going to mention the app but the rest of the experience was seamless. Parking was a breeze. Walking over the bridge right to the front entrance was very convenient. Scan tickets and we were inside. We had floor seats so we eat and drank at the lounge. Facial recognition and you right in. The seats were amazing & the show was even better. Definitely coming back."

"Nice venue, parking was pretty easy. Had issues with 1 of the 3 tix we had on the app, but was resolved quickly. Parking is pricey at $68. Cocktails were $22. The food was hot and fresh, and best of all, FREE! Floor level system was down and there was no way to charge. Seats were comfortable, but the colored lights on the chair can become annoying after a while. Bathrooms were nice and clean."

"I wasn’t aware that The chargers on the chair are for USV C cords. I run out of battery, because I had a regular charger. The phone system was not working. I love that there were no lines for the bathroom and it was very fast to get food and Drinks."
