"It all started with Jerry Durham, who was very professional, thorough, responsive, and friendly. We needed to move our mother's furniture & belongings from Oregon to Ventura and Jerry arranged it. He walked us through the estimate to make sure we understood all the costs, insurance options, etc. We noticed some negative reviews from customers who were surprised at final costs, and can't help but wonder if they didn't take the time to ask questions and understand the process up front. Jerry came to my home and made a thorough inventory list of our items and we received a very detailed quote for our cross-country move. Their price was competitive. "Absolutely great at the job. Jerry was incredibly responsive and worked with every last minute change I had. Trucking team delivered on time, parcel pickup was on time, packing was very well done. I would have liked my dresser to be transported right side up, but there was no damage so it's just some extra clothes to be folded.
