"Dr. Brodenere is a great and caring dr but his staff is horrible. They dont follow up on medical and insurance paperwork. Never answer phones. Never return phone calls. I spoke to Lupe. She never did her job. Did not call me. When i called numerous times someone would always say shes busy. Im 8 1/2 months pregnant. Staff could care less. I moved on to new dr. My new dr solved my problems the same day. I will never go there again. If Lupe answers the phone ask to speak to someone else. She will not help you."
