"I had some important tests taken and didn’t hear back from them, so I called back multiple times and left multiple voicemails and they never responded. Getting someone on the phone is an art form at this office. Months went by and I finally got in touch with someone and she was rude and angry with me, saying they tried to call me about my results. They made two typos entering my phone number and were still angry with me for not answering. I finally made an appointment to come in and when I called later to ask about it they said I wasn’t on their calendar. This is the laziest and most useless staff I have ever encountered and I would seriously avoid getting tangled up with them if you have anywhere else to go."

"Came in a day after Memorial Day for a 9:30 AM appointment. I arrived on time at 9:10 and they open at 9AM. No one would come to the counter for at least 20 minutes after tapping on the window and saying “Hello” very loudly. Finally someone comes to the window, does not apologize for the wait, and simply says that we are getting things together and to sign in. So far I have been waiting 30 minutes for an appointment that’s late because of this establishment. I do not think I will see the doctor anytime soon. Also, as of 8.2.23 their posted time is wrong for when they open. They open at 9:30AM but they have the time posted as 9AM. Real dunces here. Also, I put in a request to transfer my medical record to a much more credible and capable doctor a month ago and they STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ON IT. They are the F’N worst, understaffed, poor service, and THEY DONT TAKE MEDICAL WORK SERIOUSLY!!!!"

"Drs are awesome the wait is not that bad. But the front desk is so dam lazy! Been bugging her for over a monthhhh for a prescription for my dad!! She keeps saying oh I’ll send it now and she never does. And now she has me on hold … let’s see what her excuse is today ."
