"I Hate how this place broadcasts what you’re being seen for. During my appointment I told Nurse Lisa I’d like to have a Pap smear. After my appointment, I went to the counter to schedule a day. The lady that helped me said “OK this day you will be scheduled for your Pap smear.” Just way too loud. I came on that day and asked if I need to pay a co-pay. She’s say “not for a Pap smear, no.” A simple no would’ve been fine. Instead of broadcasting out loudly why I’m being seen."

"Coding is always wrong on my referrals. Which prevents me from getting the necessary care and services that I need. It took them 5 months to submit a referral request for me to have MRIs done. Office doesn’t return calls back even when I leave a voice message. Find another doctors office"
