"This is the absolutely worst Doctor I've ever been had. He has no patience at all, interrupts you mid sentence, he's rude and condescending. I would give him negative stars if it was possible. I gave him a couple chances thinking "maybe he's having a bad day today" but then EVERY time I visited him he was on his bad mood. I guess it wasn't his mood, but his awful personality."

"If 0 stars would be possible I definitely would do that. My mom prefers to go to a facility where they only take cash rather than deal with Dr.Pachecos rude, dismissive and arrogant behavior towards her. My moms most recent visit went so bad she called me crying of how upset she felt with the way this doctor dismissed all her concerns. She felt like her privacy was completely violated, she felt uncomfortable to even explain her pains because when she did the doctor told her she didn’t even know what she was talking about! She felt embarrassed for even addressing her dr her concerns about her health. In what doctors right mind is it ok to tell your patient you don’t know what you’re talking about when they are expressing their symptoms. I am extremely concerned about my mothers health being in his hands. I will make sure this goes to higher matters this is completely unacceptable. PLEASE AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COST."

"Have been seeing Dr Pacheco for about 18 years now.. maybe more. Has always been quick and thorough. Very efficient. Have never had an issue with him or his staff. His staff has always been on top of my yearly physicals. He's always been on top of my referrals as well. I appreciate being able to come in to see him on the following day, unlike many other clinics where you have to wait weeks to be seen. I refer friends and family here when they need to be seen and unfortunately do not have insurance. I highly recommend Dr Pacheco."

"Very attentive physician and quick on the exam. My blood draw was done perfectly, usually I have had to be poked 2 times to get my vien but not from this Doctor. The staff is a little cold and I waited 40 minutes but this is normal for most medical offices."

"A lot of the negative reviews seem to be done by spiteful and shady people. I have been going to Dr. Pacheco for years now and so has my family and friends, I highly recommend him. The negative reviews seem to try to fool people into thinking that Dr. Pacheco doesn't know anything. Dr. Pacheco has two convenient locations that I am always able to be seen. I am able to get an appointment the next day or the within the same week unlike other clinics I've been to. I use to go to Kaiser and they would give me an appointment for the following month. I believe Dr. Pacheco is even better than the doctors there and I get to see him for a fraction of the cost of other clinics. I will continue to go to Dr. Pacheco because he has always provided me with the care I needed to stay healthy. Dr. Pacheco is honest and caring, doesn't try to sugarcoat anything but cares that I stay healthy. I feel like my time isn't wasted every time I go there and I'm in and out in no time."
