"Can I give Herbert ZERO stars? A graduate of Guadalajara and only cares about patients who only move through St John's hospital as if they were at a drive-through. Empathy? No. The hospital administration keeps him employed because Doc Judy keeps costs down. Keep the staff to a minimum and wheel the patients into the parking lot before they fully realize their condition. Looking for an advocate for recovery? Not here. Looking for a well trained staff? Not here."
