Our programs are universally scalable, making them suitable for everyone, regardless of experience. From beginners to seasoned athletes, each workout is designed to help you succeed and progress toward your goals.

We recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, gradually working up to 5 as your body adapts. Remember, recovery is crucial, so listen to your body and allow time for rest between sessions.

At Body English, we provide filtered water for our members, with additional snacks and drinks available for purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.

"After searching for “my” gym for a couple months, I found it! This place is awesome. The owners are amazing and sooo nice. The gym itself is so clean and modern and with everything you’d need for a good/creative/never boring workout. The CrossFit classes are great workouts, and they’re really good about catering the workouts depending on your needs. I’m also really excited to try the adult gymnastics class! Also love that they offer an open gym option in case you feel like working out on your own. After much research, I’m positive this is the best gym in the neighborhood. 5 stars!"

"I’ve been coached by Bo and Amanda for a decade. They are so knowledgeable about movement and help modify the program to support your needs. I’ve recently have had the pleasure of being coached by Scott and see him for his on-site chiropractic services. He is very thoughtful in his approach and works the surrounding tissues with expertise. For kids, Lexi, Emily, and Russ are amazing. My energetic son gets so much support from them in channeling his energy and challenging his fears. The facility is unlike any other CrossFit and gymnastics gym I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen a lot across the country). It is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully curated. They have really put together something special. The community created at Body English really showcases the supportive environment they have instilled."

"Body English (BE) is a space for people of ALL ages & ALL abilities. Whether you’re just starting on your fitness journey, or consider yourself an elite athlete - there’s room for you here! I joined BE when they opened, 6/3/24 and have been going consistently since (approx. two months now). Here’s some of the highlights of my experience thus far: 1. Programming/ Coaching - Bo’s programming is top notch - I often curse him during the WOD but am thanking him and smiling at the end, proud that I’ve completed it. Through this programming, I’ve learned to focus more on my techniques while continuing to build strength/endurance. The focus on strength, skill work, & endurance is balanced to help create well-rounded athletes. Don’t let the initial WOD posts intimidate you, Amanda, Bo & all of their coaching staff provide detailed coaching to each individual athlete creating modifications for wherever you are in your fitness journey. Coaches communicate thoroughly while ensuring safety by checking in on athletes’ previous injuries/challenges. Their attention to detail is next level. 2. Education/ Versatility - As I previously mentioned, there’s something for everyone. If Crossfit isn’t quite your sport, there’s plenty of other options - adult gymnastics, Strongman, & I believe eventually yoga/pilates. There’s additionally open gym if you would prefer to do your own thing on your own time. BE has in house staff for your nutrition coaching/accountability needs (Deb Carvalho) as well an in house chiropractor (Dr. Scott Mills) to keep us in tip top shape. It’s wonderful to have everything all under one roof. 3. Atmosphere/Culture - One of the most valuable aspects for me is the sense community at BE. From the coaches, to the members - every person I’ve encountered has been positive, encouraging & supportive. Gyms can often feel intimidating and scary; but at BE I’ve felt openly welcomed and motivated to try new things and do my best in all the classes I’ve attended (CrossFit, gymnastics, strongman). No judgments or put downs, just fun & healthy competition. I’m the kind of person who pushes myself further in a group atmosphere & BE is definitely a place that inspires me to be better. My core gets a good work out from both exercising & laughing. 4. Recovery/Amenities - BE provides onsite recovery including cold plunges and coming soon… eucalyptus saunas! What a game changer and something new to add to my self-care routine. The towel service is a bonus, and I might recommend bringing a pair of sandals for after. There are also plenty of mobility tools that I take advantage of post work out and never feel rushed to leave after class. 5. Cleanliness/Equipment - The entire facility, from the gymnastics floors, gym floors, turf & bathrooms is so incredibly clean. Bo & Amanda clearly take pride in their facility and maintain its cleanliness regularly. 
The apparent organization & care of their new equipment (bonus!) demonstrates a longevity for smoothly functioning equipment. 6. Accessibility - BE is open 7 days a week and offers flexible class schedules around the clock! For the early risers (5:30am) to after work crews (6:30pm) and everything in between. Parents, there’s also simultaneous classes for you and your kiddos so you both can get a good work out! Bonus: There is ample parking around the entire building so you won’t be late trying to find a spot. Amanda & Bo are clearly dedicated to strengthening their community in all aspects, body, mind & spirit. They are welcoming to all - LGBTQI+, BIPOC, athletic levels, etc. You can tell they have put their blood, sweat & tears into this facility (I recently asked Bo what his weekend plans were & he responded that he would be installing the surround sound in the gym). XP I feel so blessed to be a part of this community. Come try out BE to see for yourself!!"

"BodyEnglish.fit is.. badass. State of the art training two fold facility. One side parkour / gymnastics ~ other side CrossFit. Open gym All Day! Their space is big enough to handle anything and everything all at once. Awesome Coaches, programming, and recovery (cold plunges, tools, etc..) All for affordable rates!! Open seven days a week with plenty of parking. I highly recommend checking them out."

"I just want to say how much I've enjoyed working with Gabriela (Gabby) on my workout programming this last two years. I was ready to add robust weight training into my routine and was really overwhelmed by the number of choices - which exercises, which machines, how much, what order, how often! Gabby really listened to me and put together programming that met my needs and starting level of strength. She designs dynamic routines - both gym and home based - advancing as I have become stronger and changing enough not to get boring. She is encouraging, but no guilt imposed - she knows life happens! Gabby's knowledge and coaching help me keep pushing and enjoying the results."
