"Worst customer service ever by a female supervisor with no name tag. She held up a coupon i was using as if it were a $100 bill and she was looking to see if it was real. She smudged it over and over to see if maybe the ink would smear?? and told me that the new rewards program would reject a lot of coupons overall because of new updates but just "once" would she help me with the coupon. Just a few minutes before that she had a $1 coupon that she would not honor because her system says it didnt match but the item was matched, verified and even the cashier said it was the same product but she "couldnt" help me."

"I was in the area visiting from south Orange County, and I was looking for some vegan friendly snacks and to my surprise, some of the staff members were very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. I definitely didn’t expect this type of service from a rite aid in this area but 10/10 I would definitely come back. I just wish I could have left a tip"
