"Worst store and location to shop at. I came in with my Animal service dogs and the Manager Juan declined my entrance. While mocking the situation. I’ve been shopping here for years so it’s not like I’m a new customer , the manager might be new but he needs to be retrained. I was also here about two weeks ago with my dogs , I had no issues. I asked the cashier if he can scan my card from the register and he said that was not possible. So it just sounds like no one has proper training at this location. I suggest people shop anywhere but Superior in Maywood CA. THE MANAGER ( JUAN ) WHO THOUGHT HE WAS DOING HIS JOB HAS NO CLUE WHAT HES DOING HIMSELF. If you want to get mocked as a customer , go ahead and shop there. FOOD 4 LESS is 2 blocks down , they don’t discriminate and they have a bigger selection. That’s exactly where I was coming from but I just forgot something and stop at Superior . Do not shop here your service animal will not be welcomed. TARGET , FOOD 4 LESS , WALMART they are pretty good with service animals . Target is not far so that’s another option other than going to this location is MAYWOOD. This Manager ( Juan ) at this location did not even know what an ESA LETTER was , did not ask to see one , did not care . Mind blowing."
"I’ve seen a better upgrade in the store, not only in merchandise but also the employees they are hiring. My cashier (Elissa) was so nice! She greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day was, it’s the thought that counts :) She was very helpful as I’m new in the area and she made my day. I’ll definitely go back because of cashiers like her!"
