"This is a scam site. Looks legit due to fake storefront, fake customer service phone number, and fake reviews here and elsewhere. The chat feature even works but the person on the other end is a criminal and not a CS rep. I learned a valuable lesson."

"This business is not real, and do not order from Moonlit Bottles. The phone number and email address are not real. I have called repeatedly over the past several days without any answer. While there are photos of a store interior, this is clearly fake as Google Street View proves otherwise. Unfortunately, I fell for this scam as the deals seemed amazing, and in fact they were too good to be true. I received an order confirmation with a FedEx tracking number that was generated days prior to the order date, which did not make sense; the proof of delivery provided was for a completely different house. I am currently disputing this payment with PayPal and have reported this business with Google. I hope that this review helps others to stay away from this fake company, and please report this as a fake business."
