"I used to like this place but not anymore. Recently while shopping there I witnessed how they treat their employees. Mind you, the girl who just started working there wasn't older than 19 years, a very young and pleasant girl, yet she was “in training” and the way they train their staff is outrageous to any normal person. The condescending manager said that if she didn't “perform” Better she wouldn't be called to work. Perform what? Why do you hire such young people without experience? It was sickening to witness something like this. I will never step my foot there ever again. I don't need their fake niceness if they mistreat their employees like that. I’ll go elsewhere. And I share this with all the people I know. They are plain bullies."
"I love this place. It's kind of pricey but there are some really good deals. The staff is attentive and super helpful. I have an issue but it's with every store, but particularly with BBW and AE. I don't want to be asked every ten steps if "I'm finding everything okay". I have earbuds in. Please take the hint. I like to shop in peace and I will ask for help if I need it."

"My favorite go to place to always smell good! So many things to see, smell, try on. Staff is super helpful, but you will be greeted by more than one person asking if you need help. Out of 5 people who asked to help, one actually asked me what I was looking for and gave me recommendations on what to buy and what size..very cool. Cashier was friendly but when I tried to use my code for my birthday gift, she told me next time, I have to mention it before they ring me up. I get it, but I dont work there, so that part left a little bad taste in my mouth. Overall great store and service. Stock up during the end of year sale. Subscribe on their site for reminders.."
"One of my favorite stores in the mall, and I've been going there for years. I love their body creams in a tube, and my favorites are citrus/fruit scents. When I was there at the Oaks Mall recently, they were all set up for Fall, with the scents of the season (but not overwhelming as you walk in). Impeccably organized store with extremely helpful staff, I'm so glad this store survived the mall shutdown. Buying products in person is so important, and they are still there. Yay!"
