"Excellent food, but poor service. I had heard about this place and was in the area. Went there to try their Mandi. They have a large selection of Yamani dishes. It’s a very clean restaurant. The food was amazingly good. HOWEVER the service was poor. When we’re seated, first of all, they do not provide complementary water, that is the minimum service a restaurant can provide, glass of water. You have to buy the bottle water. Secondly, we were waiting for a while and no one came to check on us, I noticed a Ring Bell on the table, when we pushed it the server came over and took our order. No one told us about this Ring Bell. Lastly the servers were not friendly. I am not sure if it was the language barrier but it would have been better if they were more approachable. Overall the food is amazing and delicious, however the Managment needs to work on the customer service to improve it. Otherwise no one will go to a restaurant that they do not feel welcome. The food is amazing tho, but do not expect too much from the service."

"This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to! The food was immaculate, one of the best Yemeni food I have ever had. The service was above and beyond. We came with a party of 10 and reserved the floor seatings. Our server was Fares and he was honestly the best. They served us traditional coffee in the end too! He took several pictures of our group for us and we are very thankful!"
