Finish Line

"Really wish to leave a "no star" if I could. Went in there Sunday evening to look for shoes and as soon as I walk in, the group of employees first of all called me the N word. And then proceeded to make fun of my birkenstocks I was currently wearing . They also added that, "he ain't gonna find anything at this store for him." I felt so hurt and super unwelcomed I immediately walked out. I think it's disgusting and very unprofessional for a workplace. Worst of all I had my daughter with me who heard and saw them pointing at me."

"I did the store pick up since it was more continent. I ordered the shoes at 6am and a couple hours later received an email that my shoes were ready to be picked up. I showed up at 6pm. The superviser helped me and kept running back and forth to get my shoes. He came and told me the store never confirmed the ordered and that the shoes were sold. LIES. I said I got an email saying they were ready to pick up. He said it must of been the time you ordered. Uhh no buddy I ordered at 6 am. Basically the store forgot to set aside my order and sold the shoes I PAID for to someone else. I was livid. Don’t advertise store pick up if you are going to be doing this to customers! Never again will we be going to that store!"

"Every time I go to this store I find something good but the employees are rude and unprofessional they definitely back door hype releases the manager literally asked me if I was a reseller and if so she can give me good prices"

"It was very busy when I went in there. After a little wait we did have an employee come and help us. Although busy, he did not rush me. I also seen him reassure other customers that he would be with them shortly."

"I went into the store to return some shoes purchased online. The shoes had never been worn and were in the original box. I waited in line for quite awhile due to an upset customer in front of me. As soon as I got up the the checkout- I explained that I had an online order that needed to be returned. The clerk was adamant that there should have been a receipt in the same box that arrived with the shoes. I explained to her that there was no receipt and that I had all the information on my phone for the return. She refused to listen to me or look at my phone and argued on and on. Her exact words were: there is no way for me to add this back into my inventory without the receipt. I told her there was an email that said I could return in store with a barcode. Finally she was willing to look at my phone. She typed in the order number and just like that- I got my funds back. All that arguing for nothing. Poor customer service. Not to mention embarrassing when there are 4 people in line behind me and she is the only customer service associate. Took me 15 minutes to do a simple 3 minute transaction."
