"I dealt with Charlie specifically and had the worst experience! I never even got to experience the service unfortunately so I can’t speak about the actual ombré brows. What I can speak on is the immense unprofessionalism I have experienced and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone…ever! I paid my deposit and Charlie canceled the morning of because she had an “emergency” and had to go to Florida (or so that’s what I was told). So I rescheduled for the Friday after and I drove from Gwinnett to Lenox. Once I arrived I called Charlie, she answered the phone and told me she would call me back. She did not call me back, instead she text me telling me that she apologized but she couldn’t do the appointment because she wasn’t feeling well. She also stated that she would refund me my deposit and gas for my travel (non of which I have received yet!). I called her several times from my phone after to ask if she could send my refund through zelle, she never answered or responded to my text. I called from a friend’s phone and she answered and then the story changed to she was busy moving locations and hadn’t had the time to send me the money. I am utterly disgusted with the whole situation and hate that I even found this place. Again, I do not recommend and if you choose them please be weary."

"I just got my touch up done and I’m so happy. Charlie first used a blonde color I picked out but it was too light and wouldn’t take after the first session because I had some scarring from a previous microblading experience. The scarring had an orange tint that was pretty noticeable. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to cover it without causing more damage. But, Charlie found a slightly darker ash blonde color that worked perfectly! She even offered to do another touch up since we had to change colors from the first session to the second. I couldn’t recommend her service more!"
