"I'm sorry but you really have to pay attention to the person whose hair that you're cutting. Spent 45 minutes and half of the time, she kept talking to another customer and would often stop midway of cutting when they go deep into the conversation. It was very unpleasant and I'm not coming back. I went to my friends prior, and then after the haircut, they said they didn't even notice anything different with my hair and I sadly agreed. I don't know if this happens to other customers, but it was the last straw. She wasn't really like this before in which made me a regular for about a year now. But with each time I go, it gets worse and worse. Talks endlessly to another customer and being treated as if I wasn't there. Not a single topic has she opened up. Not even a "How are you?" I'll be looking for another hairdresser that actually acknowledges my existence."
