"I developed a horrible pain in my hip/buttock area. It was so bad that I could barely walk, couldn't sit, couldn't sleep. I went to urgent care and nothing could be seen via xray, they suggested rest, meds, ice, heat. Since I knew I didn't have a fracture of any kind, I went to Happy Foot Spa after, hobbled in and through teary eyes explained my pain. HELEN worked on my body, ever careful with my left side and suggested I go back the next day. I continued to slowly stretch, apply heat and rest over night. The next morning HELEN massaged me again, this time she was able to apply more pressure and changed up the positions she put me in, I felt the moment she located the exact spot my pain was originating, it was wild! I would say I'm 70% better in just 24 hours. I can walk, I can sit and I know I'll be able to sleep again tonight! I almost cried happy tears as I left the shop. The hospital said I had a strain and family and friends said it could be months before it felt better. I can't wait to go back in a couple days and walk out 100%.
