"I've been in this place a couple of times and the reason I don't go often is because of the Customer service. This older Asian woman is very rude, she treats people like trash, the way she look at you, talks to you, she doesn't help you, I don't know if she understands you or ignores you when you ask for help and watch you like you're going to steal, I was leaving the store and waved her hand like chasing me out like a dog. Don't go there, is not worth it, high prices, horrible Customer service!"

"My mother went to have her eyebrows tattooed., by Carmen E. And my mother has been tattooed multiple times in her lifetime by other technicians. and this was the first time this has happened to her. Carmen was just supposed to go over the same shape and fill in. However Carmen ended up going over the line and making it bigger .the next couple days the inc was piling off the eyebrows and not staying on. Carmen charged her for a full service. ,and told her to come in for the 2nd part of the treatment.. and the same thing happened. Now we are asking her to please correct her mistakes or since services were not fully given to give us a discount. And Carmen did not want to do neither. Please be careful with this lady she does want she wants and doesn't take her clients order's. I seen people walk out crying because she talks so mean to her walk ins. And everyone on her Instagram page has the same think eyebrows. I don't think she knows more shapes. Be careful everyone!!!!"

"I have been to maxim beauty salon a few different times both for services and my shopping needs. Their selection of beauty products is amazing, they always have the products I need and often I find new things to try. I have had my hair cut and colored by Jennifer and I have left happy every time. She is very thorough in making sure we achieve the cut and color I want. I have also used their threading services and my eyebrows have never been shaped better! I definitely recommend this place to both my family and friends."
