"If I could give 0 I would!!! Place is infested with COCKROACHES!! they know about them multiple residents made complaints, They still try to rent out spaces / apartments which are inhabitable. Completely Illegal!! They do nothing about it.They are scammers trying to take peoples money!!"

"Just moved out of my month-to-month lease (leaving the area) which started in august, I’ve had a very pleasant time living here! Management is respectful, kind, and always helps out when needed. The people here are friendly, neighbor even helped me with my tire when it went flat. I’ve heard it used to be a bit questionable but the new owners have really turned things around. It’s super close to town/downtown and I worked only 3 minutes away, and had access to everything I needed even when my car broke down. Couldn’t be happier with my first apartment. Thank you Jason and Jessica for taking a chance on an 18 year old with subpar credit, you made it possible for me to move out and get a place of my own."

"The new management has made great improvements to this park. I've worked with the management company and they truly care about their residents/renters. The long-term RV spaces are perfect as a home base for exploring Northern California. Looks like they have mobile homes for sale, too!"

"I love how this park has developed into a great place to park your RV and enjoy the north coast. Close to Ferndale, beaches, grocery stores and get restaurants. The park managers are wonderful and there to help you when needed."

"This park is awesome and will be awesome: 22 minutes from the beach. We are talking actual Golden California beach at Centerville which is only 12.5 miles via road travel. Um what else, oh yeah Redwoods, check, got more than enough thanks to Roosevelt and mind you Newton B. Drury and his land sale to the US Forest Service. Hmm let me see, Lost Coast yeah that's us. Problems at the park, being on eliminated, btw did I mention total VACATION destination. Eureka is now bringing in Cruise ships from all over the world! Sushi, BBQ, Burgers, Taste of Italian at Bella's down the street oh and even world famous: Clenenden's Cider Works, and my personal fav CCrane for those late night Coast to Coast AM radio Buffs. Don't forget about Ferndale and it's Victorian vibe. Okay onto to the park: There has been a major effort to revitalize and restore this park to a good family friendly all-ages park. Management is active in the park’s daily needs as well as improvement to existing buildings and landscape. They are about getting the best tenants to help build this community in the City of Fortuna as well as the park itself."
