"Initially going to Eel Valley Appliance, the customer service was very helpful and provided great quality products! We were very grateful for purchase. When it came to delivering our washer and dryer, unfortunately the two guys that showed up were very unpleasant. I was disappointed that they were upset i had stairs and they had a job to do. I also had to show them my receipt to show proof that i paid to have my old washer and dryer hauled away. They never said anything when they left my house or showed me any features of my new products. All in all, i would buy again from the company, but try to make sure i get decent delivery guys next time!"
"When I encountered issues with our new propane refrigerator the store put me in contact with the manufacturer, who dropped the ball. For 2 years I've lived with a refrigerator that would randomly shut off and leak water all over my kitchen. When Jesse from Eel Valley Appliance became aware he worked so hard to get the manufacturer to replace my unit and make sure my family was happy. I couldn't recommend this store enough!"
"Where to start. Ten stars! No-pressure help in choosing. Quick delivery and full service — Eel Valley put the laundry room back together and even put the sopping blanket from the old machine in the new one and started it for me. They put the old washer in the barn to my exact instructions…In short, it just couldn’t be better, every time I need them. I’m a longtime loyal customer for very good reason!"
