Rowdy Creek Mobile Park features 42 well-maintained spaces accommodating both RVs and single-double wide mobile homes. Established in 1950 by Caesar and Marirose Frosini, we proudly honor their legacy by maintaining a peaceful, close-knit community atmosphere. Our park is beautifully bordered by a scenic creek and the Rowdy Creek Fish Hatchery, offering seasonal views of salmon and steelhead runs from our spacious patio, complete with picnic tables, a brick barbecue, and an adjoining garden.

We prioritize a safe and harmonious living environment where all units are owner-occupied, and sub-renting is not permitted. Our spaces are available year-round, with rent ranging from $475 to $500 per month, inclusive of water, garbage, and sewer services. A $30 nonrefundable background check is required for all rental agreements. We welcome pets with prior approval, limited to one per space, with specific guidelines for dogs and cats.

Located in the charming hamlet of Smith River, our park is conveniently close to local attractions such as the four-star Howonquet Lodge and Lucky 7 Casino, as well as various eateries, a general store, a post office, and gas stations. Known for its moderate climate and stunning scenery, Smith River is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts, photographers, and nature lovers.
