"This is and has been my go to for the past 7 years, but this may change very soon. I've noticed multiple new hires one in particular that always seems to be on her damn phone and pays no attention nor acknowledges the customers. My 1st terrible experience with her I let slide as she ignored and failed to acknowledge me as the front doors were locked. I seen her walking back and forth stocking milk and she didn't bother to let me know she unlocked the doors. An older woman waiting there prior to me asked her through the window and we went in to proceed to our transactions. The entire time she was talking to someone on the phone. Did not acknowledge me, no greeting, nothing. This was only about a week ago. The 2nd experience I've had with her was just this past Saturday where again I walked in and she was looking out the night window with her back facing myself and another customer inside. When she finally turned around AGAIN no greeting. Just talking away on her phone. I don't know her name I can't tell you what race, but she may be Latina and has some discoloration to her face. She needs a little sit down on customer service. Management needs to be on it because I've never had an issue with anyone else in there. Everyone is pretty friendly and cool for the most part."
