"I've been going to this station for a year to use the trains for trips and work, and the bus for school and here is what I've observed: there is a lot of staff and security around that are willing to help when you are unsure of where to stop to go to their destination. Use the Transit app to see when the train is coming. Be alert, have your bag with you and be attentive. I wouldn't recommend sitting on the benches because it's so dirty and I've seen homeless ppl pee on them. There is parking here that is free, so far I haven't heard of break ins and just keep things out of sight. You can Uber to there and from there as well. There is mostly no shade around so when sunny or rainy, be prepared. Have headphones but nake sure to be able to hear your surroundings for some announcements."

"Graffiti and Cigarette butter on the ground but other than that it was fine. I probably came at a not so busy time. Me and 2 other people. One waiting for the Metro and the other digging in the trash with a mid-drift on in 40 degree weather."
"Metro parking authority is predatory and has no respect for paying riders. Trains and stations taken over by transients. People smoke on trains and at stations."
"Love the location and the dozens of lower income families I can assist with free phones and $15, 1 time payment tablets good as long as your benefits card does. Looking 4 WIC, SSI. EBT, Medicare, MediCal and if you filed taxes for less than $100,000 last year."
