"Had ordered a part for my truck they assured me that it was the correct part. Waited about a week to arrive. When I go to install the part it did not fit, went back to exchange it and they told me that they needed to order a different part but I had to pay to ship the wrong part back. They told me that the new part would arrive in about 3 days. Three days past still no part then they call me and tell me that the warehouse cancelled my order and to go pick up my money. Worst service ever, not even in Mom and pop part stores have I experienced such a thing. Save yourself a headache and just go somewhere else."

"2 girls at the parts counter and 1 elder man from the back: They had 3 customers before me at the parts counter. I was attempting to purchase a dome lamp, fuses, air freshener, seat covers. Waited quietly at pay counter for 15 minutes. They kept taking Latino customers as they walked in while purposefully not making eye contact with me. I quietly placed the items back in their proper place and left. Last time going to this Orielly's."

"I bought a pair of pliers on June 15 around 9:30pm . The next day I wanted to return them and I had the receipt. I was told I didn’t buy the pliers there because of the color and brand don’t match . So I preceded to say that I bought them there and was told that I didn’t. The manager(Joel) then told me that if I come during the time where the employee is there that I spoke to when I bought them. That I won’t be refunded and he won’t allow it. He was very rude and disrespectful. Please don’t go to this O reilys very unprofessional."
